需要一个M芯片的Mac，系统需要MacOS 15.4.1+ 或者 26.1 beta均可，需要把地区改成美国，语言可以改成中文，需要关闭macOS的SIP
Mac进恢复模式方法，关机，按住开机键，直到出现选项命令

在恢复模式下，打开终端，输入
csrutil disable
再次开机后，打开终端
